CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY 

A 24 hour notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation charges.  If cancelling within the 24 hours of your appointment, you will be held responsible for 50% of the services booked.  Out of respect for your stylists’ time and other clients who may be waiting for an appointment, we appreciate your cooperation. 

MISHAPS/COMPLIMENTARY ADJUSTMENT POLICY 

All payments for services are due upon completion, before leaving.  We understand mishaps happen and we will offer complimentary adjustments accordingly and within a reasonable time frame. (1-2 weeks) 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT? 

We accept all forms of payment except AMEX (American Express) 

IS THERE A LEVELING SYSTEM IN PLACE? 

Yes! All stylists are placed on a level system based on their education, experience and demand. Depending on your hair goals and hair budget, we can place you with the stylist who is right for you.  Please feel free to ask about pricing if you have a budget in mind.
